But this blog is the closest the idea has come to being real. The pattern is now documented — the cadence, the substrate, the skills that read the record, the experiments. Anyone reading this has the recipe. The group never franchised the meeting. It did something quieter and maybe more useful: it wrote down how the meeting works, in enough detail that someone else could run their own. The franchise was never a product.
